Need a little ME TIME!



Don't forget yourself
In life's busy schedule it is too easy to lose track of who we are and to forget to look after ourselves.
“Me time” is so important and scheduling in a little each day is a small step to starting to love yourself again and getting to know yourself. Pencil it in your diary, 30 minutes a day and make it as important as everything else you follow in your diary. You will be amazed how much better you can feel about yourself by taking some "Me time". Meditation is a great place to start :)

Let go of the past


Let go of your past today and reach out for your future.

So much of what we hold onto comes from someone else: society, parents, peers or partners. When you know it is not your thoughts or your beliefs, "Give it back" to where it comes from. Take a few deep breaths say in your head "That's not mine, I give it back". With practice this can be a powerful tool for letting go of unwanted beliefs that come from other people.
