Listen to your Instincts
So many times in our life we ponder over decisions and life direction. We ask people, we seek answers from the Google oracle, we even toss a coin!

Well guess what!!!.... The answer is there, you just have to tune in and listen to what your instincts are telling you. Those feelings are there for a reason, those little niggles, those odd feelings in our guts, or sometimes a very loud screaming inner voice. Trust your instincts they are the best map to your life you will ever have.

Keep your Energy Positive


It is important to protect your energy from other people. We all feel people's energies but are not always aware of it. Ever got the feeling someone is looking at you, then you turn around and someone is?...or have you walked in a room of people feeling fine only to suddenly feel anxious or strange?..Guess what..it is not you! When we are around other people we feel their energy. 
Remember next time you are feeling affected by someone else's energy be aware of this and mentally "Give it back", imagine that you are surrounded by a cloak of light protecting your energy and bouncing it all straight back!

Need a little ME TIME!



Don't forget yourself
In life's busy schedule it is too easy to lose track of who we are and to forget to look after ourselves.
“Me time” is so important and scheduling in a little each day is a small step to starting to love yourself again and getting to know yourself. Pencil it in your diary, 30 minutes a day and make it as important as everything else you follow in your diary. You will be amazed how much better you can feel about yourself by taking some "Me time". Meditation is a great place to start :)

Let go of the past


Let go of your past today and reach out for your future.

So much of what we hold onto comes from someone else: society, parents, peers or partners. When you know it is not your thoughts or your beliefs, "Give it back" to where it comes from. Take a few deep breaths say in your head "That's not mine, I give it back". With practice this can be a powerful tool for letting go of unwanted beliefs that come from other people.
